• Responsible for BDO's quality management system including the management of the basic Audit & Assurance departments.
• Board responsibility for the following delivery units
  • Capital Markets Department
  • Accounting & Reporting Advisory Group
  • IT Controls & Assurance Department
  • Sustainability Services Department
• Board responsibility for all Services & Center, i.e. support and administrative areas including Corporate IT and Human Resources
• Digital transformation in the role of Chief Digital Officer (CDO)

Memberships:

• Member of the WPK Advisory Council and the WPK Professional Law Committee (ASBR) since 9/2014
• Member of the IDW Administrative Council since 11/2011
• Member of the IDW's main expert committee since 2012 and various working groups
• Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Deggendorfer Forum für Datenanalyse eV
